New Year's Eve Prosecco COMBO
New Year's Eve calls for sparkling wine, and this combo covers the whole night. Three Proseccos from Veneto, Italy, chosen to go with every moment, from the guests' arrival to the midnight toast. Three 750 ml bottles, about 18 glasses. For welcoming guests — V8+ Prosecco Brut Rosé Millesimato "Lele". Glera with a touch of Pinot Noir, which gives it its pink color and fresh red fruit character. Single vintage (millesimato), brut and light, with 11% ABV. Open it with appetizers and salads while everyone arrives. For dinner — V8+ Prosecco Brut "Berto". V8+'s everyday Prosecco, 100% Glera. For midnight — Tenuta Sant'Anna Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Valdobbiadene is the historic heart of Prosecco, and the DOCG seal is the highest classification of the appellation. Straw yellow, floral aroma with notes of green apple, fresh and lively with good acidity, 11.5% ABV. This is the bottle to save for the toast. Tip: keep the bottles in the fridge from the afternoon of the 31st and serve at 6 to 8 °C (43 to 46 °F). The colder it is, the more Prosecco shines.
