Putting together the wine list for your Christmas Eve dinner doesn't have to be a headache. This combo comes with the sequence already planned: three wines that go with the evening from the first course to the last slice of panettone. For the starter — Costa Arente Lugana DOC 2024. A white from Lake Garda in northern Italy, made with Trebbiano di Lugana. Straw yellow, with notes of white fruit and flowers, fresh and lightly savory, with 13% alcohol. Pairs well with salads, antipasti, shrimp, fish and light cod dishes. Serve between 8 and 12 °C. For the main course — Les Parcelles N.3 Saint-Émilion 2021, Maison Bouey. Saint-Émilion is one of the most famous names in Bordeaux, home to soft, round Merlot-based reds. This one is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and ages for one year on fine lees. Bright ruby, with ripe fruit and toasty notes, an intense, well-structured palate, and 13.5% alcohol. Pairs with the turkey, leg of pork, pork loin or chester from your Christmas dinner. Serve between 16 and 18 °C. For dessert — Costa Arente Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG 2021 (500 ml). Recioto is a traditional sweet red from Valpolicella, made with grapes dried before fermentation. Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella give ripe red and black fruit, spices, cocoa and chocolate. It is sweet and full-bodied, with ripe tannins and a long finish, and ages for two years in French oak barrels. Perfect with dark chocolate, panettone, dried fruit and aged cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 °C. Three regions, three styles and an entire Christmas dinner sorted. It also makes a great gift for anyone hosting the family on the 24th.

New Year's Eve calls for sparkling wine, and this combo covers the whole night. Three Proseccos from Veneto, Italy, chosen to go with every moment, from the guests' arrival to the midnight toast. Three 750 ml bottles, about 18 glasses. For welcoming guests — V8+ Prosecco Brut Rosé Millesimato "Lele". Glera with a touch of Pinot Noir, which gives it its pink color and fresh red fruit character. Single vintage (millesimato), brut and light, with 11% ABV. Open it with appetizers and salads while everyone arrives. For dinner — V8+ Prosecco Brut "Berto". V8+'s everyday Prosecco, 100% Glera. Aromas of lemon and green apple, refreshing with a lingering finish. Pairs well with seafood, bruschettas, sushi and a cold cuts board. For midnight — Tenuta Sant'Anna Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Valdobbiadene is the historic heart of Prosecco, and the DOCG seal is the highest classification of the appellation. Straw yellow, floral aroma with notes of green apple, fresh and lively with good acidity, 11.5% ABV. This is the bottle to save for the toast. Tip: keep the bottles in the fridge from the afternoon of the 31st and serve at 6 to 8 °C (43 to 46 °F). The colder it is, the more Prosecco shines.

Bordeaux is the most famous wine region in the world, and this combo is the easiest way to get to know it without spending a fortune. It includes three wines from Maison Bouey, a family-run house in Bordeaux, chosen to show different sides of the region. The classic — Esprit de Maison Blanche Rouge, AOC Bordeaux 2022. The blend that made Bordeaux famous: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant with subtle spice. Balanced, with a light touch of oak and a pleasant structure, 14.5% ABV. Pair with picanha, ribs, lamb and aged cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 °C. The white — Les Parcelles N.9 Bordeaux 2022. Not many people know it, but Bordeaux also makes excellent white wines, and Sauvignon Blanc is one of the region's grapes. This one is straw yellow, with vibrant aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers, medium acidity and a fresh finish, 12.5% ABV. Perfect with ceviche, sushi, garlic shrimp and goat cheese. Serve between 10 and 12 °C. The easygoing one — Oh La Vache Rouge. "Oh la vache!" is the French way of saying "wow!", and it's the most fun wine of the house. It breaks from the traditional blend and combines Syrah and Malbec in a fruity, smooth red, full of red and black fruits. For barbecue, burgers and a relaxed night in. Serve between 13 and 14 °C. Taste the two reds side by side and feel the difference between classic Bordeaux and the house's free-spirited style. And save the white for starters or a fish lunch.

Not sure where to start? This combo has you covered. Three French wines from Maison Bouey, a family-run house in Bordeaux, chosen for anyone who wants to try all three styles with no guesswork and find out which one suits you best. The white — Oh La Vache Blanc. Colombard and Chardonnay, 12% ABV. Fresh, with aromas of small citrus fruits and a hint of grapefruit on the palate. Pairs well with garlic shrimp, grilled fish, seafood risotto and creamy cheeses such as brie. Serve between 9 and 12 °C. The rosé — Colors Famille Bouey Pantone 719. Made with Grenache, a bright, light pink. Aromatic and fruity, soft, with a white-fruit finish: instant pleasure. Perfect for early evenings, salads and snacks. Serve well chilled, between 8 and 10 °C. The red — Oh La Vache Rouge. Syrah and Malbec, with notes of small red and black fruits. Balanced, fruity and smooth, with no heavy tannins. Made for barbecue, gourmet burgers and pasta with meat sauce. Serve between 13 and 14 °C.

To impress at your barbecue, start with a sparkling wine to set the festive mood. The kit includes the Prosecco DOC Brut Rosé Millesimato 2022 - Lele da V8+, a refreshing, authentically Italian Brut Rosé. For the main course, we head to Chile with the El Emisario Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon from Casa Romero, featuring aromas of red fruits, preserves and notes of spices. To finish the experience, we have the Fine Ruby Porto from Quinta do Portal, with a pleasant sweetness well balanced by fresh acidity. Its silky texture makes it the perfect companion for dessert.
