The young Malbec of Bodega Amalia's Selección line, from Mendoza. A red from the latest vintage, soft and flavorful, with lower alcohol than most Malbecs. Deep ruby in color. The nose shows black fruit, raspberry, spice and oak. The palate is full and soft-textured, with firm, balanced tannins, good acidity and a lasting finish. 12.6% ABV. Pairs with roast meat, pork loin, pizza and pasta with rich sauces. Serve at 16–18 °C.
