An organic rosé made from Malbec by Casa de Uco, in Mendoza's Uco Valley. It has more body than most rosés and works well with food. Very pale pink. The nose shows fresh citrus fruit, with cherry and strawberry. The palate is round and fresh, elegant, with lasting red-fruit flavor. 14.1% ABV. Pairs with white meat, cold cuts, mushrooms and fish such as salmon. Serve at 13–16 °C.
