An organic Pinot Gris from the El Salvaje line of Casa de Uco, in Mendoza's Uco Valley. An uncommon grape in Argentina, shown here in a fresh, fruity style. Bright greenish yellow. The nose is fruity, like a fruit salad, led by citrus. The palate opens fresh, with lively acidity and a round finish. 13.3% ABV. Pairs with light dishes, salads, seafood and appetizers. Serve at 12–15 °C.
