Casa De Uco Vineyard Selection Cabernet Franc 2021 - 750ml

A Cabernet Franc from the Vineyard Selection line of Casa de Uco, in Mendoza's Uco Valley. It ages 18 months in barrel, which rounds out the tannins. Intense, vibrant ruby red. The nose is fine and spicy, with black pepper, clove, fruit and smoked bell pepper. The palate is creamy and balanced, with very good structure, bright acidity, rounded tannins and a long finish. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with tomato-based dishes, pasta, pizza and grilled vegetables. Serve at 16–18 °C.
