Casa De Uco Vineyard Selection Malbec 2021 - 750ml

A Malbec from the Vineyard Selection line of Casa de Uco, in Mendoza's Uco Valley. It ages 18 months in barrel, which adds complexity without masking the fruit. Bright red with violet glints. The nose shows fresh plum, black fruit and floral notes, with complexity from the oak. The palate opens fresh, with a round body and a long, sweet-edged finish. 14.1% ABV. Pairs with red meat, salami, semi-cured cheeses and roasts. Serve at 16–18 °C.
