A dry Uruguayan rosé from Bodega Casa Grande Arte & Viña, in Canelones, with 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Caladoc, a French grape still little known in Brazil. Pale, bright pink. The nose shows red berries, cherry and caramel notes. The palate is fresh and light-textured, with great acidity and good length. 12.5% ABV. Pairs with fish, pasta and salads. Serve at 10–12 °C.
