Casa Grande Zipolo Select Blend Branco 2024 - 750ml

A young white from the Zipolo line of Bodega Casa Grande Arte & Viña, in Canelones, Uruguay, with 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Ugni Blanc. It is a vegan wine. Very pale yellow, bright and clear. The nose shows pear, guava and citrus. The palate is dry, with vibrant acidity and medium length. 12% ABV. Pairs with goat cheese and roast tomato appetizers, pasta with coriander pesto, gazpacho, ceviche and shrimp with citrus sauce. Serve at 12–15 °C.
