A dry rosé from the Zipolo line of Bodega Casa Grande Arte & Viña, in Canelones, Uruguay, with 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Merlot. It is a vegan wine. Pink, clear and bright. The nose shows white flowers and red fruit. The palate is dry, with refreshing acidity, medium body and lingering white fruit. 12% ABV. Pairs with hummus pizza, salads and salmon sushi. Serve at 14–16 °C.
