A Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva from Casa Romero, from Chile's Maule Valley. A brief stay in oak barrels rounds out the wine without hiding the fruit. Deep ruby with violet tones. The nose shows red fruit, compote and spice. The palate has elegant tannins, good acidity, balance and a fresh, lasting finish. 13.5% ABV. Pairs with grilled meat, cold cuts and cheese, roasted vegetables and richer dishes. Serve at 16–18 °C.
