Casa Romero El Emisario Reserva Carmenere 2021 - 750ml

Carménère nearly disappeared in Europe and found a second home in Chile: today it is the grape that most defines the country. El Emisario Reserva, from Casa Romero, has a deep plum color, red fruit aromas and an earthy touch that comes from a brief stay in French oak barrels. On the palate it is smooth, with elegant tannins and 13.5% alcohol. Pairs well with smoked meats, barbecue ribs, empanadas and stuffed peppers. Serve between 16 and 18 °C.
