A Pinot Noir Reserva from Casa Romero, from the Casablanca Valley, a cool region near the Chilean coast. It has a brief stay in oak barrels. Clear, bright cherry red. The nose shows ripe red fruit and jasmine. The palate is light-bodied, with round tannins and good acidity. 13.5% ABV. Pairs with white meat, cheese and pasta. Serve at 16–18 °C.
