A Sauvignon Blanc Reserva from Casa Romero, from the Casablanca Valley, one of Chile's best-known regions for fresh whites. It has a brief stay in oak barrels. Pale yellow in color. The nose shows pear and grapefruit. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a fresh finish. 13% ABV. Pairs with fish, seafood and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled, at 6–8 °C.
