Casa Romero Soul Sauvignon Blanc 2023 - 750ml

A different kind of Sauvignon Blanc: Casa Romero ages this Casablanca Valley white for 6 months in French oak barrels, giving it more body and notes of vanilla. Deep yellow in color. The nose shows ripe yellow fruit and vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied and fruity, with a pleasant finish. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with seafood, light creamy cheeses and cold cuts. Serve at 10–12 °C.
