Casa Romero's top Syrah, from the Puangue sub-valley of the Maipo Valley. It ages 12 months in new French oak barrels and finishes its ageing in second- and third-use barrels, the treatment of a wine built to age. Full and long-aged in oak, it is a red for richly flavored dishes. 14% ABV. Pairs with grilled or roast red meat, lamb and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C.
