Dos Fincas Rosé Extra Brut - 750ml

Malbec, Argentina's signature grape, also makes sparkling wines. Dos Fincas Rosé, from Viña Amalia in Mendoza, is an Extra Brut, meaning it is drier than a traditional brut, with 11.7% alcohol. Salmon pink color with fine perlage and an aroma of fresh red fruits, with raspberry standing out. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and very pleasant. Serve well chilled, between 4 and 6 °C, with salads, ceviche, sushi, or on a summer late afternoon.
