Dos Fincas Sauvignon Blanc 2024 - 750ml

A Sauvignon Blanc from Bodega Amalia's Dos Fincas line, in Mendoza's Uco Valley. A light, citrusy, fresh white. Pale yellow in color. The nose shows white, yellow and citrus fruit, flowers and a vegetal touch. The palate is light, citrusy, fruity and fresh, with a pleasant finish. 13.2% ABV. Pairs with octopus rice, stuffed spring chicken, pasta in white sauce, sushi and sashimi, shrimp fritters and chicken stroganoff. Serve at 8–12 °C.
