Château Le Plantey Sans Sulfites Médoc 2020 - 750ml

A red from the Médoc, in Bordeaux, made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and brought by Famille Bouey. As the name says, it is made with no added sulfites, a choice for those who prefer lower-intervention wines. Ruby with violet glints. The nose shows ripe red and black fruit such as plum, cherry, blackberry and raspberry, with spices like black pepper and clove and a touch of hazelnut. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine tannins and good acidity, and a finish of ripe fruit and spice. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with snacks, cheese, meat and pasta. Serve at 16–18 °C.
