An AOC Médoc red from Famille Bouey, made from Merlot. The 2019 vintage won a gold medal at the Concours de Bordeaux. One of the house's top labels, for special occasions. Bright garnet in color. The nose is complex, with ripe fruit, floral and minty notes. The palate is dense and very elegant, with firm tannins, an elegant saline touch and a long finish. 14% ABV. Pairs with red meat, pasta with tomato sauce and cheese. Serve at 16–18 °C.
