A dry white Bordeaux made from Sauvignon Blanc by Famille Bouey, a family house in the region. A light touch of oak adds complexity without taking away the grape's freshness. Pale, bright yellow. The bouquet brings together citrus and exotic fruit, with discreet oak notes and a slight sweetness. The palate is lively, full and flavorful. 12.5% ABV. Pairs with seafood risotto, chicken curry, grilled vegetables and fresh goat cheese. Serve at 8–10 °C.
