Les Parcelles N.7 Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux 2022 - 750ml

A red from Famille Bouey's Les Parcelles line, from the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation on the right bank of the Gironde estuary. Made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it ages 9 months on fine lees: 80% in tanks and 20% in contact with oak. Deep purple-red. The nose shows ripe fruit with spice and floral notes. The palate has an elegant attack and fine structure, with black cherry and woody notes on the finish. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with red meat, game and cheese. Serve at 16–18 °C.
