A red from Famille Bouey's Les Parcelles line, made from Merlot in the Blaye area of Bordeaux. It ages 6 months in tanks and barrels. From the 2018 vintage, it arrives with some years in bottle. Deep red with purple glints. The nose shows fresh fruit. The palate is balanced, with round, silky tannins that bring elegance. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with barbecue, beef sliders, game, cheese and charcuterie. Serve at 16–18 °C.
