The white of Famille Bouey's Les Parcelles line: a dry Bordeaux made from Sauvignon Blanc. Straw yellow in color. The nose is intense, with lively citrus and white flowers. On the palate the same fruity notes show harmony and complexity, and a pleasant medium acidity leads to a fresh, lightly sweet-edged finish. 12.5% ABV. Great as an aperitif and with fish, seafood and cheese. Serve at 10–12 °C.
