Manz D.O.C Douro 2018 - 750ml

A D.O.C. Douro red from Manz Wine, made from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, the region's two signature grapes. It matures 20 months in stainless steel, with no oak, and reaches the shop with six years in bottle. Deep violet in color. The nose is elegant, combining flowers, ripe stewed fruit and wild notes of rockrose (esteva), a shrub typical of the Douro slopes. The palate is structured, dense and silky, with fine tannins and a broad finish. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with cheese and meat, especially roasts. Serve at 16–18 °C.
