Manz Dona Fátima 2023 - 750ml

Dona Fátima is a white from the Lisbon region made entirely from Jampal, a little-known Portuguese white grape that is Manz's signature. It ages for 6 months in new French oak barrels. Pale yellow, with fresh fruit, vanilla and woody notes. The palate is elegant, with good acidity and a light-to-medium body, at 12.5% alcohol. A white for lovers of oaked Chardonnay who want to try something different. Pair with light dishes and fish. Serve at 11–12 °C.
