Manz Douro Reserva Colecionador 2016 - 750ml

A Douro red from Manz's Colecionador (Collector) range, made from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz with long ageing: 12 months in first-use French oak barrels followed by 24 months in stainless steel before bottling. Deep violet, with floral notes, wild berries, spice and oak in balance. The palate is structured, dense and silky, with fine tannins and a broad, pleasant finish. At 16% alcohol, it is a powerful red. Pair with strong cheeses, bacalhau and meat. Serve at 16–18 °C.
