A red Reserva from the Lisbon region made from Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Castelão. It matures 12 months, 30% of the wine in French and American oak and 70% in stainless steel, then rests another 6 months in bottle before release. Ruby in color. The nose is elegant and complex, with cassis and spice. On the palate, structure and volume go together. Good acidity brings freshness and ageing potential, and the tannins are elegant and well present. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with cheese and meat, especially roasts. Serve at 16–18 °C.
