Ensaio #I 2019 Tinto - 750ml

The first wine of the Ensaio line, Monte da Raposinha's small-lot wines from the Alto Alentejo. It is 100% Trincadeira, a traditional Alentejo grape, in a light red with just 12% alcohol. Bright ruby. The nose shows fresh red fruit and dried tobacco leaves. The palate is light, with good acidity and soft tannins. Pairs with grilled sardines, salt cod dishes, grilled meat, pasta and pizza. Serve at 14–16 °C, slightly cooler than a typical red.
