A dry rosé from Monte da Raposinha, in the Alto Alentejo, made from 60% Aragonez and 40% Syrah. The importer classifies it as organic. Bright salmon in color. The nose is fresh, with red fruit and flowers. The palate is flavorful, with lively yet gentle acidity. 12.5% ABV. Great as an aperitif and with seafood and grilled meat. Serve at 8–10 °C.
