Monte da Raposinha Reserva Branco 2024 - 750ml

A white Reserva from Monte da Raposinha, in the Alto Alentejo, made from 40% Arinto, 40% Viosinho and 20% Antão Vaz. Part of the wine rests in stainless steel and part in used French oak barrels, which add creaminess without a marked oak note. Bright lemon-yellow in color. The nose is fresh, with dried fruit and a light buttery touch. The palate is medium-bodied, elegant and creamy, with good acidity. 12.5% ABV. Pairs with seafood, salt cod (bacalhau), richer fish and seafood spaghetti. Serve at 8–10 °C.
