Toques & Clochers Miséricorde 2018 - 750ml

A Chardonnay from Sieur d'Arques, the cooperative of Limoux, in southern France. The name comes from Toques et Clochers, the winery's annual festival in the region, whose wine sales help restore village churches. The line's Chardonnays are fermented and aged in oak barrels; this one ages 10 months. A dry, oak-aged Chardonnay from the 2018 vintage, with some years in bottle. 13.5% ABV. Pairs with poultry, fish in cream sauce, seafood and soft cheeses. Serve at 10–12 °C.
