Toques & Clochers St Joseph 2018 - 750ml

Another Chardonnay from the Toques et Clochers series by Sieur d'Arques, in Limoux. The festival that names the line brings together local growers and puts its wine sales toward restoring village churches. This one ages 10 months in barrel. A dry Chardonnay from the 2018 vintage, for lovers of oaked whites with some bottle age. 13.5% ABV. Pairs with roast chicken, risottos, fish in butter sauce and creamy cheeses. Serve at 10–12 °C.
