Toques & Clochers St Polycarpe 2018 - 750ml

A Chardonnay from the Toques et Clochers series by Sieur d'Arques, in Limoux, southern France. Saint-Polycarpe is one of the villages of the Limoux area. Like the others in the line, it ages in barrel, here for 10 months. A dry, oak-aged Chardonnay from the 2018 vintage. 13.5% ABV. Pairs with poultry, veal, fine fish and soft cheeses. Serve at 10–12 °C.
