Tenuta Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG 2020 - 750ml

Amarone is the great red of the Veneto, made from grapes dried for several months before fermentation, which concentrates sugar, color and flavor. Tenuta Sant'Anna's version uses Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella and ages 24 months in oak barrels. Deep garnet red. The nose shows black fruit such as black cherry and blueberry, ending with dried fruit and raisin. The palate is full-bodied, dense and broad, with a woody touch and real elegance. 15.5% ABV. Pairs with game, grilled meat, strong cheeses, risotto with sausage ragù and lamb. Serve at 16–18 °C.
