An alternative to Prosecco for those who enjoy a fresh sparkling wine with a bit more texture. Tenuta Sant'Anna uses Pinot Grigio, the famous white grape from northeastern Italy, and carries out the second fermentation in tank (Charmat method), preserving the fruit. In the glass, it is pale yellow with aromas of white fruits, citrus, green apple and a floral touch. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and surprisingly creamy, with 11.5% alcohol. Pairs well with appetizers, seafood and light cheeses. Serve between 6 and 8 °C.
