Tenuta Ripasso Della Valpolicella DOCG 2021 - 750ml

Ripasso is made by “re-passing” Valpolicella over the skins left from Amarone, which adds body and flavor. Tenuta Sant'Anna's uses Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella and ages 9 months in oak barrels plus 6 months in bottle. Deep ruby red. The nose is complex, with fresh fruit and spice. The palate is harmonious, full and velvety, with a good balance of tannin and acidity. 13.5% ABV. Pairs with grilled or roast red meat. Serve at 16–18 °C.
