Trapezio Bobó 2012 - 750ml

A rare vintage of Bobó, the flagship red of Finca La Promesa (Trapezio), in Mendoza. According to the shop's sheet, this vintage blends Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. With more than a decade in bottle, it is a developed wine for lovers of reds with tertiary notes. Bobó ages 18 months in oak barrels and, according to the importer's notes, shows ripe black fruit, vanilla, smoke and chocolate, with present tannins and a long finish. 14% ABV. Open it ahead of time. Pairs with lamb, roast meat and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C.
