Trapezio Bobó 2015 - 750ml

The 2015 vintage of Bobó, the flagship red of Finca La Promesa (Trapezio), in Mendoza. A blend of Malbec and Cabernet Franc with 18 months in oak barrels, it arrives with about ten years in bottle, at a mature moment. According to the importer's notes, Bobó is deep purple, with ripe black fruit (cherry, plum, cassis), vanilla, smoke and chocolate on the nose, and a palate of spice, freshness, present tannins and a long finish. 14% ABV. Pairs with roast lamb, stuffed pork loin and dishes with mushrooms and truffle. Serve at 16–18 °C.
