Trapezio Bobó Bohemian Malbec 2019 - 750ml

A Malbec from the Bobó line, the most ambitious from Finca La Promesa (Trapezio), in Mendoza. It ages 12 months in American oak barrels and another 6 months in bottle. Deep purple in color. The nose shows red fruit, blackberry and a toasty touch. The palate has soft, fruity tannins and an elegant toasty finish. 14.5% ABV. Pairs with pork picanha, short ribs with chimichurri, beef tenderloin risotto, tagliatelle with lamb ragù and semi-hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C.
