Trapezio Finca Grand Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 - 750ml

A Cabernet Sauvignon from the Grand Barrel line of Finca La Promesa (Trapezio), in Mendoza. It ages 6 months in 300-litre American oak barrels and another 6 months in bottle. From the 2018 vintage, it arrives with some years of development. Ruby in color. The nose shows ripe red fruit, spice, black pepper and a discreet touch of toasted oak. The palate is harmonious, with good acidity, firm tannins and a persistent finish. 13.6% ABV. Pairs with aged cheeses, ribeye with mushroom risotto and bacon pizza. Serve at 16–18 °C.
