A young Cabernet Sauvignon from the Vineyard line of Finca La Promesa (Trapezio), in Mendoza. A light, fruity, easy-drinking red. Ruby in color. The nose shows fresh red fruit and spice. The palate is fruity, light to medium-bodied, with pleasant acidity and soft tannins. 13.4% ABV. Pairs with pork ribs, barbecue, pizza, meat lasagna and beef parmigiana. Serve at 16–18 °C.
