Viña Amalia Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 - 750ml

Bodega Amalia's top Cabernet Sauvignon, from a single vineyard: Finca La Amalia, in Altamira, La Consulta (San Carlos), in Mendoza's Uco Valley. It ages 14 months in French oak barrels, half new and half second-use. Deep ruby with violet glints. The nose shows ripe red fruit, spice and oak. The palate has good body, a pleasant texture, round tannins and good acidity, with a fresh finish, a hint of vanilla and good length. 13.9% ABV. Pairs with meat, cheese-filled pasta and beef tenderloin risotto. Serve at 16–18 °C.
