A dry rosé from the Lisbon region, made from 100% Castelão, one of Portugal's most traditional red grapes. It rests 4 months in stainless steel tanks, with no oak, to keep the fruit fresh. Pale pink in color. The nose is fruity, with strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, a soft roundness is balanced by a firm, fresh finish. 12.5% ABV. Great as an aperitif and with starters, sushi, shellfish, fish, pasta and salads. Serve at 12 °C.
