Quinta do Portal Porto Alegre Ruby - 750ml

Ruby Ports are the youngest and fruitiest style of Port: they age only briefly in wood and retain the grape's intense color and fruit. Porto Alegre, from Quinta do Portal, is made in the Douro with Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. Concentrated ruby color, with aromas of black and red fruit compote and a soft touch of chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied and smooth, with pleasant sweetness, freshness and a long finish, 19% alcohol. Excellent with chocolate cake, red berry desserts and cheeses. Serve slightly chilled, between 14 and 16 °C.
