Quinta do Portal Tinta Roriz 2020 - 750ml

A single-varietal red that showcases Tinta Roriz, the grape known in Spain as Tempranillo. The 2020 vintage earned 18 points from Grandes Escolhas, 91 points from Wine Enthusiast (Cellar Selection) and a gold medal at Mundus Vini. It ages for 9 months in new French oak barrels. Intense ruby, with red fruit and wild shrub notes. The palate is powerful, a true expression of the Douro, with 14.5% alcohol. Pair with Portuguese cuisine, bacalhau and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–17 °C.
